2 bananas (peeled and split in half or cut into discs)
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add sugar. Melt butter and sugar together, for about 2 minutes.
3. Add bananas to mixture, face down in pan.
4. Cook about 2 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Eat warm and serve with whip cream or ice cream for a delicious treat!
