Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake In A Jar

2 cups 1% cottage cheese

7 ounces farmer cheese (usually found next to the cottage cheese)

3 ounces fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese, or combine the two

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoon honey (agave or maple syrup work too)

1-2 packets all natural Stevia

1. Place the cheeses in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend: process again until mixture is well incorporated and smooth.

3. Taste test and make sure the sweetness is to your liking. Remember, this is a tart tasting cheesecake.

4. Spoon out into 4 small Mason jars or containers with lids and place in fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

5. Remove from refrigerator, and top with whip cream and grated chocolate or coconut if desired.
