Fast & Easy Chick-Pea Spread

12 ounces drained cook chick peas

1/2 cup nonfat yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

In a food processor or blender, combine chick peas, yogurt, juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, cumin and all spice with 1 tablespoon water, puree until smooth.
