Cheeto Cheese Sticks

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix

1 (1 ounce) bag Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks, powdered

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

12 whole milk mozzarella cheese sticks

2 tablespoons olive oil

1. In a large Ziploc bag, combine Parmesan cheese, ranch mix, Cheetos dust, and pepper. Seal and shake.

2. Put beaten egg in a small flat dish.

3. Dip cheese sticks in egg mixture, then add to Ziploc bag of dry spices. Seal bag and shake to coat cheese sticks evenly.

4. Place Ziploc bag of coated cheese sticks in freezer for at least 2 hours.

5. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and heat. While frozen, fry six sticks at a time, 1 minute per side, rotating carefully to all four sides until brown, 4 minutes total. Remove from pan immediately. Repeat process with second batch of cheese sticks.

6. Serve warm.
