Perfect Pecan Pie

1 cup corn syrup

3 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1-1/4 cup pecans

Deep dish pie shell (unbaked)

1. Stir the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla together, then mix in pecans.

2. Pour into pie crust.

Bake: 325F, 55-60 minutes.
