Crunchy Veggie Bites

2 Tablespoons butter

4-5 cups steamed vegetables of choice or can use ( potatoes, squash, carrots, onion, and peas are all great

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup of bread crumbs

1. Melt butter in a frying pan until sizzling. Add vegetables and salt and cook well for 5-10 minutes.

2. Let mixture cool and form into little patties.

3. Coat with bread crumbs and bake in the oven at 350 F on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10 minutes each side, or in air fryer for 10 minutes.
