1 1/2 cup of Fresh blueberries or (1/2 frozen blueberries)
1/3 cup uncooked rolled oats
1 Tbsp Coconut flour
1 tsp Lemon zest
1/2 of a medium lemon
1 Tbsp maple syrup (or any favorite sweetener)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond milk
1. Wash blueberries (if using fresh). Place all ingredients into any standard blender and blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glass and enjoy. If you like it extra thick and creamy, store in fridge.
