Chocolate Orange Torte

1 box of Fudge Brownie Mix (1 pouch mix and 1 pouch fudge topping)

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest

1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. In a medium bowl, blend together brownie mix, water, oil, egg and orange zest until moistened (about 40 strokes).

3. Spoon batter into parchment lined or greased, 8 inch round cake pan.

4. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and invert onto serving plate.

5. Warm fudge topping as directed. Cut top off pouch and squeeze onto warm torte. Gently smooth over top and sides of torte.

Yields: 12-16 Servings
