2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (12 ounces)
1 container (17 ounces) coconut water
2 containers (6 ounce each) pineapple yogurt
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 small can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
1. Place pineapple chunks in a resealable plastic bag and freeze at least 3 hours.
2. In a blender, combine coconut water, pineapple yogurt, coconut flakes and pine apple juice. Blend until cream and smoothy.
*Add coconut flakes on top or any other topping if desired
