From the time of conception, we’re in need of nutrients to develop, grow and survive. Without nutrients, our bodies would be unable to function. The proper nutrients are what our bodies require. When we are not depositing those necessary nutrients, our bodies begin to starve. Although you may be consuming food, you may not be consuming the important nutrients towards good health. Most of society is so hung up on being over weight that people are always looking and paying for weight loss programs. Some of them work and some of them don’t. The reason for that is because as much as our bodies are created anatomically the same, we all differ in what is important for oneself. There’s a saying that “one man/woman’s poison is another man/woman’s fruit.” Which means that what’s good for one person, is not necessarily good for another. There are many factors attributing to that. The main factor consists of the types of foods we consume. We live in a fast paced society. Always on the go. Junk food everywhere. Foods loaded with preservatives. Chemicals thrown into our environment, polluting our foods. In turn, that damages our bodies. Then we become deficient in nutrients such as vitamins, herbs and minerals which are so vital for the human body to function properly. It destroys our enzymes and that’s where it all begins. Then the diseases start. Whatever deficiency your lacking, is going to offset the body’s proper function. That’s why it’s so important to eat healthy and take vitamins, herbs and minerals as needed. And to incorporate some weight training to strengthen your muscles and cardio exercise for your heart. I also believe in fasting to help the body stay healthy. Try to keep your stress level as low as possible because if you don’t, it creates a myriad of problems and weight loss is one of them.
Make sure to see a physician and have blood work done. Ask your physician to look for any deficiencies. After the results, find a nutritionist that can guide you with the right foods for your body. If you can’t afford a nutritionist, research foods, vitamins, minerals and herbs that your body lacks. Their are very good legitimate doctors that can help you on social media. There’s also great books written by educated authors that are helpful. You need to find out what is best for your body requirements. Do your research. Ask questions and make sure people are legit. Take care of your body and in return it will take care of you.
