Chunky Chocolate Crackles

7 ounces dark chocolate

2 cups Rice Krispies/puffed rice

2/3 cup shredded coconut

3/4 cups candied cherries (or any other desired fruit), chopped

1/3 cup white chocolate

1. Melt dark chocolate.

2. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin. Combine Rice Krispies and shredded coconut and candied cherries in a bowl.

3. Pour the melted dark chocolate in a bowl, and mix well. Scoop the mixture evenly into the muffin liners and let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more.

4. Once set, remove from the muffin liners. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle on top.

*Can decorate with candied cherries if desired.
