2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1. Place chocolate, water, sugar and syrup in a small, heavy saucepan, set over low heat, and heat, stirring now and then, until chocolate melts.
2. Beat in butter and vanilla. Serve hot or at room temperature.
*Serve with fruit desired.
